WaveLight® Oculyzer™ II Diagnostic Device

The WaveLight® Oculyzer™ II‡ diagnostic device is based on the proven Pentacam HR technology, providing non-contact measurement and analysis of the complete anterior eye segment. Measurements are performed from the anterior surface of the cornea to the back of the lens.

The integrated, rotating Scheimpflug camera takes up to 50 pictures in real-time measurement with up to 25,000 measuring points of cornea.

The Holladay Report and Holladay EKR Detail Report supply data for calculating optimal IOL refractive power for patients who have undergone previous refractive corneal surgeries such as LASIK, PRK, and RK. It delivers comprehensive clinical comparative representation.

As an additional safety feature, the Belin/Ambrosio Enhanced Ectasia Display delivers:

  • Sensitive early keratoconus/ectasia detection and evaluation
  • Reliable detection of early stage formefruste keratoconus

The Topolyzer™ VARIO™ diagnostic device is the evolution of the proven Topolyzer™ diagnostic device technology, which integrates non-contact topography, keratometry, and pupilometry in a single device.

Based on the placido disc system, the Topolyzer™ VARIO™ diagnostic device is supported by 22 measurement rings with 22,000 elevation points of Cornea.

The standard deviation at a measured height of 1,200 microns is between 3-4 microns. Opaque eyes can be reliably measured.

Efficient corneal measurement capture is performed via a 3-D user guidance.

User-friendly, intuitive software and data management allows a variety of data analysis, data processing, data display as well as storage and backup functions, including:

  • Automatic keratoconus detection with indication of corneal indices (corneal shape, eccentricity, asphericity) at different angles and diameters for advanced diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of patient data
